Sunday 9 August: major road closures in Ealing for cultural procession

Ealing residents need to prepare for significant disruption on Sunday 9 August 2026. From 08:00 until 17:00 extensive road closures and local bus diversions will be in place around the centre of the borough. The reason is a cultural procession expected to attract large crowds.

The information has been confirmed by the London Cab Ranks Committee among others. The exact route of the procession and the full list of closed roads will be updated by TfL and Ealing Council, but it is already clear that traffic around Ealing Broadway and nearby main roads will be heavily restricted.
